These Terms of Use apply to the SHYPE website and any interface, documentation, preview, or experimental feature made available through this domain. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SHYPE.

1. Interface only

SHYPE provides a web interface for exploring token launch drafts, swap routing concepts, perps access, market pages, and fee-flow transparency. SHYPE does not hold user funds, manage private keys, control wallets, guarantee liquidity, or guarantee transaction execution.

2. Wallets and signatures

Users are solely responsible for reviewing every wallet prompt before signing. Never share seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords with SHYPE or anyone claiming to represent SHYPE. If a third-party wallet, protocol, or venue asks for approval, you must decide whether to proceed.

3. Crypto risk

Crypto assets are volatile. Tokens may lose all value. Perpetuals and leveraged products can lead to rapid losses and liquidation. Launches may fail, markets may be illiquid, and third-party protocols may contain bugs or security issues. Use the site only if you understand these risks.

4. Third-party venues

SHYPE may link to, display data from, or prepare routing for third-party protocols, wallets, launch venues, swap venues, perps venues, RPC providers, or APIs. Those services are independent from SHYPE and are governed by their own terms, fees, risks, and availability.

5. Experimental status

The interface may change, break, display outdated information, or be removed without notice. Testnet, preview, and static-page elements are provided for information and design review only unless clearly marked as live and transaction-ready.

6. No guarantees

SHYPE is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accurate market data, profitability, successful launches, listings, routing, or availability of any asset or venue.

7. User responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you. You must not use SHYPE for fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.

8. No professional advice

Information on SHYPE is general and educational. It is not investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You should seek professional advice before making decisions involving crypto assets, launches, fees, revenue routing, or regulated activity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHYPE and its contributors are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, third-party protocols, wallet signatures, market movements, failed transactions, smart contract risk, or unavailable services.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
